It’s an interesting take on the brain drain at least. Send the elites overseas, then they aren’t as tied up in local politics so they (the local politics) can change. On some levels it makes sense, the larger issue would be, does this opportunity outweigh the other negative aspects of the brain drain?

Well now, I have no issues with this actually. I mean, it is very easy to get flash player, many tasks (ie most video) don’t need it, and people (future apple customers via iPhone) have gotten used to it not being there, so I have no qualms with this. Combined with the ability to get the most up-to-date version on launching, why not separate the two?
